Fireside & TuneIn

Request a listing directly from TuneIn using your Fireside RSS feed. Fireside hosts your episodes and can display your TuneIn listening link; TuneIn manages the directory listing.

How Fireside Works with TuneIn

Request your listing directly from TuneIn, then add its listening URL to your Fireside website. For an existing TuneIn show, request an update to that program instead of submitting it again.

In TuneIn Broadcaster Portal

Request a Podcast Listing

  1. Copy your public Fireside RSS feed URL and check that it includes the show details and episodes you want listed.
  2. Follow TuneIn’s podcast submission instructions. Choose the route that matches your own partner relationship.
  3. If you have neither a signed TuneIn partner agreement nor an active conversation with its Content team about becoming a partner, use the standard podcast form. Supply the feed and geographic restrictions and review the terms before submitting.

Use the podcast process, not a radio-station submission.

In TuneIn Broadcaster Support

Update an Existing Program

Use the support form linked from TuneIn’s update instructions. Include the program ID from the end of the TuneIn listing URL; it begins with p.

For a move to Fireside, identify the existing program and explain the feed change. For artwork updates, attach PNG or JPG files. TuneIn recommends a logo of 1200 × 1200 pixels or larger and a banner of 1024 × 300 pixels. Do not submit a second program to correct the first.

Understand Your Listening Reports

Fireside’s metrics report downloads served from your feed; TuneIn reports are not imported. For a question about TuneIn reporting, contact its broadcaster support with your program ID and the report or date range you need.

Remove a Website Link or Request a Listing Change

Clear TuneIn under Settings → Podcast Apps to remove the website link. For a directory removal or another program change, use TuneIn’s broadcaster support form and include the program ID and feed URL. Removing the saved link does not remove the TuneIn listing.

A Missing or Outdated Listing

Episode missing
Check your public Fireside feed first. If the episode is present, send TuneIn the episode and program URLs.
Wrong website link
Check the TuneIn URL saved under Fireside Settings → Podcast Apps.
Directory request or program change
Use TuneIn’s broadcaster support form with the program ID and feed URL. Fireside can help with the feed and website settings.
