How Fireside Works with Amazon Music and Audible
Submit your feed once through Fireside for Amazon Music and Audible. After Amazon lists the show, claim it in Amazon Music for Podcasters to manage ownership, visibility, and audience reporting.

Submit from Fireside
- Open your podcast’s Connections page and expand Amazon Music.
- Choose the country of origin.
- Review the content license agreement and accept it if you agree.
- Select Submit to Amazon Music.
Submission is not approval. Connected in Fireside means your submission was recorded. Search Amazon Music for the show to check whether its listing is live.
If you need the external submission route, Amazon’s submission form accepts a feed for distribution to Amazon Music and Audible. Use one feed per show and complete Amazon’s license and ownership steps. Check for an existing listing first.
In Amazon Music for Podcasters
Claim Your Show or Change Its Feed
Claim dashboard access
Use Amazon Music for Podcasters to claim an existing show. Its verification email goes to the email address in your feed; check Author Email in Fireside Settings if needed.
Change the feed without creating another listing
When moving hosts, choose Update RSS Feed from the show’s menu in Amazon’s dashboard. Keep the existing listing and check it after the change.
Publish Updates and Add Your Amazon Link
Edit episode audio, titles, descriptions, and artwork in Fireside. If you moved hosts, update the feed on the existing Amazon listing so it receives those changes.
Once you have an Amazon listing URL, save it under Settings → Podcast Apps → Amazon Music in Fireside. This adds the listening link to your podcast’s Subscribe page.
In Amazon Music for Podcasters
Find Your Amazon Audience Reporting
Claim your show in Amazon Music for Podcasters to use Amazon’s dashboard and audience reporting. Fireside’s submission connection does not import Amazon’s dashboard analytics. When comparing reports, select the same episode and date range and check whether each figure measures downloads or listening activity.
Hide or Remove Your Amazon Listing
Amazon Music for Podcasters lets you hide or unhide a show. For removal, follow the contact instructions in Amazon’s FAQ. These actions belong to Amazon; removing the saved Amazon URL under Fireside Settings → Podcast Apps only removes the website link.
Submission and Verification Problems
- Verification email missing
- Check the Author Email in Fireside Settings and the address published in your RSS feed.
- Submitted in Fireside, but not listed
- Send Fireside the feed URL and submission date shown in Connections. Include the Amazon listing URL if you found an existing show under a different title or feed.
- Amazon account or listing issue
- Check Amazon’s dashboard and its FAQ and support instructions. Include the show title, feed URL, and listing URL.
